Optional front matter at the top of a file (title:, tags:, level:, set:, revised: between two --- lines) sets metadata directly;
otherwise the title comes from the first heading or the filename.
Or paste a JSON array of protocol objects directly. Each object needs at minimum a title and content field. Missing fields will use defaults. Existing protocols with matching IDs will be updated.
